DEFINITIONS "Licensor" is Green Sand Strategies. "Dataset" means a data artifact distributed by Licensor together with a manifest naming this License ID, including its manifest and any accompanying integrity report. "You" means the person or entity exercising rights under this License. "Derived Work" means any output produced using the Dataset, including analysis, visualizations, articles, research, software, and machine learning models trained or evaluated on it. "Substantial Portion" means more than 25% of the rows of the Dataset, or any portion sufficient to reconstruct it. "Suppressed Row" means a row whose values are withheld by the Dataset because the underlying sample did not meet its stated reporting thresholds. Such rows carry a suppression reason and null values. "Paired Context" means, for any figure describing how often a modelled setup reached its objective, the corresponding measure in the Dataset of how far that objective sat — in version 1.0 of the score-reliability product, the column `mean_required_move_pct`. 2. GRANT Subject to Sections 3 through 5, Licensor grants You a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, copy, modify, analyze, publish, and distribute the Dataset and to create and distribute Derived Works, for any purpose, including commercial purposes and including training machine learning models. 3. ATTRIBUTION When You publish or distribute the Dataset or a Derived Work that quotes figures from it, include: "Green Sand Strategies", the product ID and version from the manifest, and a link to https://greensandstrategies.com. Attribution may be placed wherever your medium conventionally puts source credits. 4. INTEGRITY CONDITIONS These conditions exist because the Dataset describes a model's historical behaviour and is easy to quote misleadingly. They restrict presentation, never analysis or conclusions. You may reach and publish any conclusion the data supports, including conclusions unfavourable to Licensor. 4.1 Paired Context. When You publish a figure describing how often a modelled setup reached its objective, present the Paired Context for the same rows with equal prominence. Comparisons across score bands without Paired Context are the specific misreading this condition exists to prevent: in this Dataset the observed rate falls across bands because the required move rises across bands. 4.2 Suppressed Rows. Do not present a value for a Suppressed Row, and do not impute, interpolate, or estimate one and present it as measured. You may state that a row is suppressed and why. 4.3 Disclaimer. Reproduce the disclaimer from the manifest wherever You reproduce a Substantial Portion of the Dataset. 4.4 No Misrepresentation as Advice or Forecast. Do not present the Dataset, or any figure from it, as investment advice, as a recommendation, as a prediction of future results, or as a performance record of trading. 4.5 Aggregate and Derived Statistics. A statistic computed over the Dataset that does not report per-band rates — a summary, a fitted coefficient, a chart of the relationship as a whole — is not subject to 4.1. 5. RESTRICTION ON REDISTRIBUTION AS DATA You may not sell, license, or offer the Dataset, or a Substantial Portion of it, as a data product, data feed, or dataset, whether alone or bundled. You may: (a) redistribute it without charge, under this License; (b) include figures from it in a commercial work — an article, report, newsletter, course, or application — where the value offered is your work and not the data itself; (c) sell Derived Works that do not redistribute a Substantial Portion of the Dataset; (d) retain and use it internally without restriction. 6. TERMINATION AND CURE Rights under Section 2 terminate automatically upon breach of Sections 3, 4, or 5, and reinstate automatically and retroactively if the breach is cured within 30 days of You becoming aware of it, whether or not Licensor gives notice. Sections 6, 7, and 8 survive termination. 10. VERSIONING Each Dataset is licensed under the version named in its manifest. Licensor may publish later versions; a later version does not change the terms of a Dataset already distributed under an earlier one. 11. SEVERABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW If any provision is held unenforceable, it shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions remain in force.
